Refund & Return Policy

At Koralaya, your satisfaction is the cornerstone of our brand. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our curated kitchen essentials. If, for any reason, you are not entirely enamored with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a seamless return or exchange process.


1. RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unused and unworn).

  • In its original, premium packaging with all tags and inserts included.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.


2. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact our concierge team at service@koralaya.com.

  1. Request: Email us with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Dispatch: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception. We understand that premium ceramics and delicate tools require careful handling.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at service@koralaya.com with clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a complimentary replacement or a full refund.


4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods or food-related items that have been used.

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Personal care goods.

  • Sale items or gift cards.


5. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


6. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


7. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, Koralaya will cover all shipping costs.

  • For "change of mind" returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
