How can I modify or cancel my order? To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. If you need to make changes, please contact us at service@koralaya.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the package is dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. Our checkout process is encrypted and 100% secure.


2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you offer international shipping? Yes, Koralaya brings elegance to kitchens worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order? * Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days.

  • International: 7–15 business days depending on customs processing. Please note that these are estimated timeframes.

How can I track my package? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real-time.


3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? We want you to be completely enamored with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged? As we deal with delicate materials like premium ceramics, accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the product and packaging at service@koralaya.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a complimentary replacement.

Are Koralaya products food-safe? Absolutely. All our kitchen tools and ceramics are made from high-grade, lead-free, and non-toxic materials. Your health and safety are our top priorities.

How should I care for my ceramic gadgets? Most of our ceramic items are dishwasher safe. However, to preserve the finish and intricate details over time, we recommend gentle hand washing with non-abrasive sponges.
